We design, set up and look after AI receptionists for WA trades, gyms, salons and other local businesses. Mizan means balance. We built Mizan so you can stay on the tools and still catch every genuine enquiry. We set it up with your services, prices, service areas (from Joondalup to Mandurah and Fremantle) and calendar, so you don't need to hire full-time reception staff.

You keep your existing number and set it to forward to your Mizan number: when you're busy, when you don't answer, after hours, or all the time. Mizan, your AI receptionist, answers, has a natural conversation, collects the details and books the job into your calendar. You get a text summary straight away and the full transcript by email.

Mizan sounds natural and conversational, but it doesn't pretend to be human. It introduces itself as your AI receptionist at the start of every call and lets callers know the call is recorded. If a caller would rather speak to a person, it takes a message or, on Front Desk and Head Office, puts them through to you.

Plans are After Hours at $69/week, Front Desk at $149/week and Head Office at $329/week, excluding GST, with a one-off setup fee that's waived on a 6- or 12-month term. See the pricing page for what's included.

Mizan books through Cal.com (which syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook), Calendly or GoHighLevel. Job-management and gym-software integrations are available on Front Desk and Head Office. Ask us about yours.

On Front Desk and Head Office, Mizan can put urgent calls straight through to your mobile or a team member's phone, with a quick summary of what's been discussed. You set the rules for what counts as urgent.

Every setup includes a failover: if Mizan can't take a call for any reason, it rings through to your mobile instead, so callers never hit dead air.
